    • Researchers believe that the immune system plays a central role in eliminating precancerous and cancerous cells. How can individuals strengthen and/or maintain their immune systems in order to combat precancerous and cancerous cells?

    • Don’t smoke, eat good food, exercise regularly, stop to breathe properly when facing stress. Don’t drink excessively.
Wear sunscreen and avoid excess exposure to high UV. Don’t bother with the tanning salon!
Doing your best to take care of your mind and body will at least reduce your chances of getting cancer.
And if you do get cancer, you’ll be in better condition to fight it.

    • Fraser said it pretty well. Other than what he said, I don’t know what you could do, the immune system is a really complex (and fascinating) system and it is definitely the key for the cure for cancer, since it’s distributed in the entire body and could in principle kill every cancerous cell if trained correctly.

    • Do not smoke, avoid exposure to sunlight, sleep well, drink water, exercise.

    • stop smoking, having a healthy routine and avoid fried food

    • Stop smoking, eat healthy, exercise, keep hydrated.

    • Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Strengthening the immune system can often begin in the brain.

Stats vary, but upwards of 20% of the brain is oil- omega 3, non-self replicating oil. So, doses for that 20% to help the brain heal can help the body.

When the brain works well, recouperation time becomes quicker.

Strengthening natural defences need excercise. We cannot be idle- the lymphatic system needs to be manually pumped very day for nourishment of cell structure and removal of detrious material. Walking is good for the health.
