      I would imagine the same time dilation would hold true if there was motion relative to the two of them.

        The Gracie’s beard has an easy explanation… Gracie after the trip calls herself George so now both George are right: “You George are older!” “Yes, and you George are younger!”

          This twin paradox is out of the scope of special relativity because involve gravity field and accelerations, none of the twins is in a real inertial frame of reference, it should be treated in a General Relativity course for fully understanding.
