While we can recognize how the young Turks of historical Istanbul relocated the capital away from international control into the Ankarra location, it allowed more local control, good or bad.

When we try to classify SETI, we can find the patterns. While trying to create a monument to 15 million Russians killed by the Yeltsin (era) Famine, there is a pattern.
My attempt to find funding for a monument, to recognize grief, found the Russian leadership trying to open the latest Crimean conflict to target SETI, specifically.
With a heritage of many nations in the area, i can get very unhappy when the Kiev location then gets punished, block after block.
Yet we see if the Peace Talks in Riyadh have failed, this allows a continuation for humanity to target SETI in conflicts.
SETI patterns genociding humanity can be recognized. We can open our conflicts to end the SETI controls on humanity.
Our Nobel Prize Awardees have tried to end the Russian- Ukrainian conflict, but it may be better to allow conflicts to end the SETI underlying reasons. With a fingerprint’s aluminum patterns, we can also trace SETI collaborations.

These are not topics that can be ignored, so from the tie- together Schmidt Paradox we have it that time’s arrow has the place in the large, relativity science.
With the Quantum allowance for multidirectional time in the Schmidt Paradox, we can hear the SETI talk about how they do not know what time it is. They have minimized into their vessels into the Quantum area.
The supporting statements above for a recognition of a time alteration allows that time occurs separately in the Quantum region.
White Holes give us a remake science, or a more indepth science. We need to however question if the black hole science is accurate.
SETI Huk can live inside areas we call black holes. They retrieve the smaller black holes into their supermassive dwelling areas. Mid- sized black holes at galaxy gravity centers are also dwellings. SETI Huk does not inhabit the individual small round appearance black holes.
In consciously designing the approximate 10% green galaxies for organic life, SETI Huk is vastly missed in scientific discussions.
In Canada, the aboriginal population bait and pull SETI Huk from the Sea of Dirac transits. And others under NASA lifeform protection.
If we wish to have a better galaxy or Earth, the SETI baiting and eating by non- humans needs to end.
Canada is a difficult place to stop that, as is Russia due to the cultural pretenses of SETI populations. Both have demographics similar for similar responses.

Thanks for your comments. Often WSU can be a quiter place, which is nice due to the total echoing in the mind of all the course contents. Cancer environments and resources are another ongoing knockaround topic.
I would like to add that while i have stated the human brain is a 20% oil content, that i do not think i stated the conditions properly.
As with body oils, the oil will be a replenishing material, not some hermetically sealed away stasis rarely found anywhere.
A friend of mine had an ear…injury. Studying earwax, i would think the oil maintains a level of internal purity while ejecting any toxic buildups as earwax.
This means the body natural produces the 20% brain oil on an ongoing, self- replenishing rate.

This topic has had a very wide variety of ideas. This is based upon land and oxygen content.
What happens if we imagine the 13 km level of the Ozone layer and its resources to define the surface area and volume?
Will that allow for those giant insects, if they could remain at 13 km?
Who knows why- ice volatilization- moon Ganymede has 42% oxygen listed. But that is an oxygen builder. If we had sky people of some sort at the Ozone layer and using O3 for this impossible biology topic, what would the Wolfram Simulation be?
Prof. Feynman will say it is impossible, only giant frogs grow on the Louisiana river system, or did.

As we continue to study the Tracey Day Quantum as a lifeform of our sky, the positron science emerges from Prof. Dirac’s discoveries almost 100 years ago.
His Sea of Dirac allows our discoveries to continue with the Tracey Day Quantum.
The TDQ has a lower level near 2,000 feet which is comprised of 5+/- 2 levels.
The upper TDQ seems to be the 13 km height, where science currently classifies our Ozone layer.
As a lifeform, the lower TDQ has cell wall membranes made from positron content that rejects the photon force carrier without the neutrino modifier.
Rendered invisible, we can still glimpse and infer her as her outside tilings are rectangular shaped, joined by energy that seems familiar with muon shower observations.
Inside the two organic positron rectangular tilung plasma sheets, there are differentiated regions, also mostly sheet- like.
One upper level high silica content sheeting area is a square plasma sheeting area, black corners often missing.
Below that thin layer is a thicker layer of silica carbide which has silica onto and retains the square tilung with corners cutout of the tiles, but here the carbide is seen, black and thick beneath the upper silica crust.
Lightening actions between layers newly define what sheet lightening is as an atmospheric effect.
One layer has purple inflated sacs that i think keeps the Tracey Day Quantum in its’ altitude. The hydrogen or helium blends are filling purple silica balloons that form on the positronic sun fuse area.
We almost never see the stars. We almost always see only the Tracey Day Quantum.
We have never lived without the TDQ sheltering us from radiation with the 80% Rainer Point radiation screening.
What is life? The definition of life expands as we bring forth positron organics we have never allowed before in science.
Organic antimatter exists. Now we have the tragedy of the commons and the reluctance of those that wish this discovery to be suppressed.

There is a Prof. England at MIT that is saying an addition to the Darwinian evolutionary model can include a recognition of the energy transmitted into a system and the efficiency of that energy dispersal as defining evolutionary success.
Astrobiology that has an alignment to better receive energy from outside the out- of- equilibrium biology is a place where evolution occurs.
NASA allows a Darwinian evolution but the better use or more complete use of energy may be where life evolves.

In the quest to find another Ε_ earth with exoplanet research, the star system similar to our human centric Solar system is found close and near to Arietis star called Hamal- Alpha Arietus, or 13 Arietis.
At 74 light- years distance from our G2V Solar System, the G2V rated star system of HD 12 846 is an exact star system similar to our own.
We can guess the light from the G2V reaches us with a consistency that is equal to our own Solar System light.
With the stronger and more visible stars that dominate the sky, we can wonder if a star highway concept is valid, that their lights are so strong and steady that the lightpath becomes a form of a plasma path for new light to travel on, similar to supernova activity travelling on an initial path made by explosion.
With the Corialis winds separating spins of hurricanes above and below equator line divisions. The swirls spin in opposite directions. The L4 & 5 positions of the Earth orbital path may be similar Corialis actions of opposite spin regions.
If we have orbital and we have surface corialis actions and opposite spins, the impact of starlight as plasma onto the Solar System may have a similar effect for the 60 smaller galaxies said to be tagging along with the Milky Way Galaxy the way that Trojan and Greek asteroids are on Corialis sides of Jupiter.
Allowing a more solid plasma concept into the light of the main source, Corialis actions may exhibit scales of plasma content that resolve how smaller galaxies tagalong with the Milky Way.

The Coriolis may not be limited to the Earth.
To think that L4 & L5 of the La Grangian pojnts of the Earth orbital may swirl in opposite directions to each other is to recognize the scale of things that Prof. Hubeny encourages us to recognize.
This is too long, but here is what Wikipedia says about… a non-on planet Corialis?
“The L4 and L5 points are stable provided that the mass of the primary body (e.g. the Earth) is at least 25 times the mass of the secondary body (e.g. the Moon), The Earth is over 81 times the mass of the Moon (the Moon is 1.23% of the mass of the Earth).
Although the L4 and L5 points are found at the top of a “hill”, as in the effective potential contour plot above, they are nonetheless stable.
The reason for the stability is a second-order effect: as a body moves away from the exact Lagrange position, Coriolis acceleration (which depends on the velocity of an orbiting object and cannot be modeled as a contour map) curves the trajectory into a path around (rather than away from) the point.

The book PROBABLE IMPROBABILITIES by Alan Lightman (2021) talks of Prof. Linde in his chapter entitled ” The Man Who knows Infinity” on page 163.
One of the stories told is about Linde translating a symposium with deceased Prof. Hawkings, p. 181- 182.
Hawking had a half hour before an audience saying why one of his translators was wrong about his scientific work.
Linde wheeled Hawking into a room after the symposium, and for an hour and a half explained his theory to Hawking.
Hawking kept saying over and over ” You did not tell this before. You did not tell this before. ”
