Does this mean it will be easier to extract venom from “smaller” creatures such as insects. Are there any venoms or fluids from insects which is repellant to insects? Like not mortal but “disgusting” for insects so they leave the premesis? Are those regarded as venoms?
April 5, 2023 at 7:43 amAmazing! To think of how much and how many solutions we may miss if we don’t take care of nature.
April 5, 2023 at 5:47 amI will try to spread the fantastic ideas that gives hope for the oceans and see if we have similar projects in Sweden 🙂
Very good course!
April 5, 2023 at 5:30 amI live on the coast but near a sea with brackish waters. The Baltic sea. Very nice and relaxing to spend summer and winter in the Archipelago around Stockholm. Not good diving waters though because of the poor visibility in the waters.
April 5, 2023 at 4:31 amThrough education at an early age. And through certifications. We should also monitor fishing boats as we do airplanes. We got countless apps monitoring airplanes live. We should alsa have this regarding boats. At least larger boats as passenger-liners and heavy industrial fishing boats. By seeing the great number of boats in action live one realizes better the dire situation we are in. At least I do when you see how many airplanes are in the air spewing out carbon dioxide in apps like FlightRadar24.
April 5, 2023 at 4:21 amThe Ocean is so cool! It seems we know less about it than space. How can we treat it as we do? We should explore it more and show whats beneath so as it isn’t treated as something you can throw stuff in and think the stuff has disapeared just because you can’t see it.
April 5, 2023 at 3:54 amI think that “learning by playing” is important. It should be taught at an early age. In kindergarten and first grade to children so as we grasp the concepts at an early age. And for us “older” it should be integrated in what we play. For example in video games or movies. A movie depicting the problem in a thrilling way with a story or by a videogame where you try to adress the problem. Think Ocean simulator as compared to say Farm Simulator. Great course and site by the way. Heard of it through the comic book Lazarus by the way as to show how we use entertainment as means to solving?
