That is when you try and compare it with observations by others. If you think something is an illusion you can have several people inspect the same phenomenon as what you are observing and then the combined analysis of many brains results in clarification. That is what astronomers do when verifying objects in the sky. Although, when you go to see a magic show you must be prepared for illusions.
August 3, 2020 at 12:42 amThe photon of light leaving the bottom of the clock should continue in its straight path in the direction it started. Why does it travel to the right along with the moving clock? The light photon motion is dictated by its initial velocity direction. Why does the velocity of the clock base movement get added vecorially to the light photon?
August 2, 2020 at 7:32 pmPerception is really the “Sixth Sense” which is the result of analysis from the brain of the inputs from the five physical senses. The five senses only give you the reality. You smell something and then after anaysis by the brain you conclude that its a rose. Your eyes if open confirm that. Others may or may not agree with you. Its just your perception.
August 2, 2020 at 7:05 pmThe demarcation boundary between the Macrocosm and Micosm is the observer’s eye which focuses the observable Universe on to the retina. From there it is transmitted to the brain which then analyzes it and gives it a definition. We have millions of brains working on this same same analysis day in and day out. If all of us on the dark side of the earth simultaneously loked up and saw the sky will we all analyze it the same way?
