My thoughts are that Gravity Dark Matter and Dark Energy maybe the same thing one thing in the different states. Like Ice water and steam.

Dark Matter can explain sole galaxy cohesion. Gravity on its own cannot.

Maybe the force of gravity radiates to form the halo at galactic + levels of mass but has little to no effect inside the solar system halo. So each stellar system would act like the solar system but their halo's combine on galactic scale to act like matter, just a thought.
