3.4 Dynamic Peptide Libraries for Self-Selection of Binding Ligands
demonstration
demonstration

This demo will show you how a mixture of dynamically exchanging peptide sequences can be created and how it leads to the self-selection of ligand-binding sequences by navigating the energy landscape. The first two steps show how the addition of the enzyme lowers energy barriers to enable exchange of peptide bonds to create dynamic exchange of sequences. The energy diagram at the bottom follows the journey of one dipeptide to longer oligomers, and then it shows how this scenario is multiplied by the number of dipeptides in solution to see the full picture. This is what you will see in the “full” 3D landscape on the third step.
