Researchers believe that the immune system plays a central role in eliminating precancerous and cancerous cells. How can individuals strengthen and/or maintain their immune systems in order to combat precancerous and cancerous cells?

Don’t smoke, eat good food, exercise regularly, stop to breathe properly when facing stress. Don’t drink excessively.
Wear sunscreen and avoid excess exposure to high UV. Don’t bother with the tanning salon!
Doing your best to take care of your mind and body will at least reduce your chances of getting cancer.
And if you do get cancer, you’ll be in better condition to fight it. -

Fraser said it pretty well. Other than what he said, I don’t know what you could do, the immune system is a really complex (and fascinating) system and it is definitely the key for the cure for cancer, since it’s distributed in the entire body and could in principle kill every cancerous cell if trained correctly.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Strengthening the immune system can often begin in the brain.
Stats vary, but upwards of 20% of the brain is oil- omega 3, non-self replicating oil. So, doses for that 20% to help the brain heal can help the body.
When the brain works well, recouperation time becomes quicker.
Strengthening natural defences need excercise. We cannot be idle- the lymphatic system needs to be manually pumped very day for nourishment of cell structure and removal of detrious material. Walking is good for the health.

All of your comments are spot on. I would add to this that the dramatic uptick to the pace of life as well as many families no longer being intact as a base of support, increases stress exponentially. This has been a primary factor with my cancer patients through the years, and its resultant detrimental biological changes. Upon addressing these and your aforementioned, I proceed with resource limiting of what cancer needs much of in the body, acidity, cholesterol, iron and sugar.

Dr. H,
Thanks for your comments. Often WSU can be a quiter place, which is nice due to the total echoing in the mind of all the course contents. Cancer environments and resources are another ongoing knockaround topic.
I would like to add that while i have stated the human brain is a 20% oil content, that i do not think i stated the conditions properly.
As with body oils, the oil will be a replenishing material, not some hermetically sealed away stasis rarely found anywhere.
A friend of mine had an ear…injury. Studying earwax, i would think the oil maintains a level of internal purity while ejecting any toxic buildups as earwax.
This means the body natural produces the 20% brain oil on an ongoing, self- replenishing rate.
Thanks for your comments Dr.H. Welcome to WSU of Tracey Day, Prof. Brian, and an incredible amount of other really incredible people.

Brains also release materials by crying. Tearducts release the brain chem imbalances or buildups.
It is good to have a good cry.
