The role of computational language is to be able to express and execute human goals so they can be understood and executed by an AI.
Having one universal computational language may bring about an evolution in AI similar to that of mathematics when a streamlined notation system was invented for expressing mathematical thought.
To get the most out of an AI system, we cannot get explainability. This is an example of computational irreducibility.
It is not possible to have both explainability and efficiency in an AI system.
