  • This kind of technology can have uses in engineering and medicine. For engineering, tiny components that would have been impossible to craft by today’s machines can be done effectively made by molecular machines. For medicine, less invasive treatments can benefit from molecular machines, as these machines do not require large incisions to be deployed, which makes it less scarring for the patient.

    From what I have learned in school, this energy goes into our cells, as our body converts the food into ATP which replenishes the resources used by our cells to perform different tasks. Admittedly, I answered the quiz before diving into this forum, brain activity consumes the most, intuitively it would seem so, given the many processes our brain performs.
