    There will be no explosion. The reason is that the dynamite also rides on the pole. Hence, it’s clocks are same as the pole’s. Therefore, the machinery which sees that whether the pole has fit inside the barn or not, will notice that both the ends of the pole were not inside the barn simultaneously.

    And also in demonstration 10 both graph don’t look exactly symmetric. In first graph, the axes are coming closer to each other while in second, the axes are going away from each other if we look at the arrows of the axes.

    No. George will see a much steeper slope than me because according to him the horizontal expanse of the mountain has decreased due to Lorentz contraction but there is no change in its height.
