    Interesting, do you mean like micro bacteria could be what makes up Dark Matter? which is technically true of our body too… I think the more I learn about our universe, dark matter, energy, holes, expansion, inflation and what the big bang really was it feels like we are living in a science experiment possibly labeled Free Will Time Space Physical Universe… with black holes collecting all the data to be stored at the end. scientist living outside the time space universe…

    how is it that inflation allows 2 galaxies to collide, I thought it was pushing galaxies away? So LHC will never be able to detect this because it is to hot of a process? Thanks for the course.

    Yes it is possible at the galaxy and galaxy cluster level which Newton didn’t know about, well his math wouldn’t work? And if dark matter is void of electromagnetics, quarks and gluons etc. then toss string theory in the garbage while you are at it just to explain there is an invisible mass halo around galaxies? maybe each galaxy has a Saint and we can measure his halo around that galaxy? lols… So of course I really don’t know and am also confused. I do not have an understanding of how(accurate) CMB is and was calculated, it seems impossible for it to be in every direction at the same moment in time history. And if inflation is happening why are Galaxies colliding? I dunno… Thanks again for the course.

    interesting, so are there more distant galaxies not up to speed yet or was the slower acceleration theory just for the formation of galaxies and so we can’t measure it now?

    A. Not in the foreseeable future because it does not exist inside solar systems. also… Are there other particles in our dimension/reality that do not have or interact with electromagnetics? I assume that answer is no and so I would say no to this theory of what people claim to be dark matter making up 25% of our Universe. It seems to me there are forces outside our own dimension at play, take the spin difference from solar system to galaxies as an example that dark matter is exclusively on the outside of galaxies and does not exist inside or around solar systems. It is fascinating, so much that I watched all the video segments multiple times, trying to be a good juror… My feeling this is either a force outside our dimension aka a “god touch” like inflation or multiple forces inside our dimension that we simply do not yet have the technology to view. How could one using electromagnetic based technology see that which does not interact with it? Must be some way more conclusive than measuring the Universe and concluding 2 things make up 90% of our reality and they are invisible to us. I suspect my lack of math and physics skill limits my observation though. Thanks again for making this course!

    is the question a complete sentence? although confused here is my best answer. Yes. It is extremely unlucky that it took 20 years to build and thus have missed out on 20 years of data collection. Until we have citizen level democracy we 300,000,000 in the US will be subject to the whims and will of 534 politicians. That we have the ability to understand and peacefully change the unlucky process is very lucky for us all.

    Yes, all data should be public domain as we learn from our mistakes; one should not let the ego get in the way of learning and all of humanity need not repeat those mistakes.

    would it be better to develop sensory technology rather than building bigger detectors? Either way if I had a vote we would be building a holistic moon observatory. Great class, thanks!

    technically Einstein was correct for his space time… they could not detect gravitational waves; but in our space time continuum we can… I think that is an lol moment because we are talking about measure them in space/time… so he wasn’t “wrong”… made me giggle kind of thing.
