interesting, so are there more distant galaxies not up to speed yet or was the slower acceleration theory just for the formation of galaxies and so we can't measure it now?

MOND has accuracies, but it seems to be situational. MOND works well for a galactic level, but not for galactic clusters or cosmic webbing.

Hmm, stellar system Newtonian, Galactic MOND, galaxy clusters "???", CMB "???". So maybe we just need to ask ourselves more questions and institute higher Gravitational corrections for larger and larger observed structures?
