interesting... Dark Water... sounds like a bad zombie movie lols. still not getting my mind completely around superfluid and it sounds plausible to me.

Superfluidity exists at a galactic level, but at the galactic cluster level it is too hot. This really reminds me of super ionic water states when oxygen forms a latticework for free flowing hydrogen.
